Now this is just IMO, but I feel that spoonfed tutorials in an environment independent from normal gameplay is the best way to teach players how to play a game. After renting an apartment (along with going to the apartment and doing everything inside) the apartment rental tooltip doesn't go away, and if there's anything to satisfy the tooltip, it's not listed in the instructions. The tooltips should have stated that pressing the 'M' key a second time makes the map go away, but as it stands, the first time the player is instructed to bring up the map, there's no 'X' in the upper-right corner to make the map go away so the player can get a better view of where they're going. I also found the tool tips to be less than helpful. At least it's not so much an issue (yet) because I found myself restarting the game before I could make any progress.
